Dr. Mark
Dr Mark will be leaving Eldon Family Practice at the end of June 2024. We wish him the very best in his future endeavours and are thankful for all the hard work he has done for Eldon and our patients over the years. He will continue to work at the Granby Clinic, which serves the homeless community in the Inner City. Please see the links below for more information.

Dr Mark will finish work in Eldon Family Practice on 30th June 2024.

All patients who see Dr Mark privately are welcome to remain at Eldon Family Practice and can see any of the other doctors who work at the surgery.

The HSE has been informed of Dr Mark’s resignation and they will automatically transfer your Medical Card or Doctor Visit Card to Dr Seamus in Eldon Family Practice.
You do not have to do anything - and will remain an active patient in Eldon Family Practice.

Dr Mark will be working at the Granby Clinic for the foreseeable future, which is a medical centre which cares for patients who are homeless in Dublin’s Inner City. The Granby Clinic caters for homeless patients only.
